Pakistan has been engaged in unprovoked violations of ceasefire agreement across the LoC.

Two soldiers of the Indian Army were killed and four others were injured in a ceasefire violation by Pakistan in north Kashmir’s Naugam sector on Thursday morning, said an army official.

The military said that Pakistan started an unwarranted truce infringement on the Line of Control (LoC) on Thursday morning. The harmed troopers are being cleared.

Armed force representative Rajesh Kalia in an announcement said that Pakistan started an unwarranted truce infringement along the LoC in Naugam area, Kupwara by discharging mortars and different weapons.

“Two officers lethal. Four troopers harmed, being cleared. Befitting reaction is being given,” the representative said.

A senior cop said that since morning irregular truce infringement is going on at the LoC. “Other than different weapons, ordnance discharging is as yet going on,” he stated, wishing not to be cited.

The fighters who were murdered have been distinguished as Havaldar Kuldeep from Unit 15 Sikh Light Infantry and Rifleman Shubham of 8 Jammu And Kashmir Rifles.

On Wednesday, Lance Naik Karnail Singh was killed during shelling by Pakistan along the 744 km-long LoC in Krishna Ghati (KG) division of Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch region. The perished warrior was a local of Loha Khera in Sangrur region of Punjab.

On Monday, a military trooper was harmed when Pakistani powers started shooting at the Indian pickets in north Kashmir’s Machil area.

This year has seen various truce infringement by Pakistan from over the LoC, particularly in north Kashmir. The military has been reacting to each such truce infringement with full power. Senior armed force officials have said that the ridiculous truce infringement is mostly expected to encourage the penetration of fear based oppressors.
