After detecting certain “malpractices”, ACS (Revenue) Vijai Vardhan had issued orders on July 21 imposing the interim ban on registration of deeds for the transfer of land across the state from July 22 till August 17 under various categories.

Within 10 days of imposing an interim ban on registration of deeds of transfer of land across Haryana, the state government suspended seven revenue officers in Gurgaon, Friday, after a probe conducted by the Revenue department.

Subsequent to distinguishing certain “misbehaviors”, ACS (Revenue) Vijai Vardhan had given requests on July 21 overwhelming the between time restriction on enrollment of deeds for the move of land over the state from July 22 till August 17 under different classifications.

“Seven authorities have been seen as blameworthy of blatant infringement of Section 7-An of the Haryana Development and Regulation Act while enrolling archives as sub-enlistment centers and joint recorders in Gurgaon region,” Vardhan kept in touch with his partner A K Singh, head secretary (town and nation arranging) looking for enrollment of FIR against every one of the seven authorities.

The July 21 requests gave by Financial Commissioner Revenue Vijai Vardhan read, “The administration has given genuine thought to the grumblings of acts of neglect that exist in the current instrument for the enlistment of deeds for a move of land.
