On Sunday, Delhi recorded the highest single-day spike of 2,224 new COVID-19 cases
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Monday that there was no arrangement for another lockdown in Delhi even as the number of novel coronavirus cases keeps on spraying.
“Numerous individuals are hypothesizing whether another lockdown in Delhi in being arranged. There are no such plans,” Kejriwal tweeted.
It comes a day after Union Home Minister Amit Shah held gatherings with Kejriwal, Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal, and three city hall leaders to talk about the methodology to manage the COVID-19 circumstance.
On Sunday, Delhi recorded the most noteworthy single-day spike of 2,224 new COVID-19 cases, taking the count to more than 41,000, while the loss of life mounted to 1,327.
