PM Modi, who started a self-reliant India, spoke to the migrant laborers who returned from various states like Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Maharashtra. These workers were directly associated with PM from various states of Uttar Pradesh including Gorakhpur, Jalaun, Santakbirnagar.
