Bank employees union call for one-day strike tomorrow

The All India Bank Employees’ Association (AIBEA) would be joining the one-day nationwide strike on November 26 called by central trade unions to protest against the government’s anti-labour policies. The affiliation speaks to most of the banks aside from State Bank of India and Indian Overseas Bank. It has four lakh bank workers from different public and old private areas and a couple of unfamiliar banks as its individuals.
In Maharashtra, around 30,000 bank representatives from 10,000 bank offices of public area banks, old age private area banks, territorial country banks, and unfamiliar banks are noticing the strike, the delivery said.
