Biocon chairperson Kiran Mazumdar Shaw tests positive for coronavirus COVID-19

Biocon chairperson Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw on Monday (August 17) said that she has tested positive for coronavirus COVID-19. Mazumdar-Shaw said that she currently has mild symptoms of coronavirus.

Biocon boss took to twitter to report her finding and stated, “I have added to the COVID check by testing positive. Gentle indications and I trust it remains as such.”

I have added to the Covid count by testing positive. Mild symptoms n I hope it stays that way.

After Mazumdar-Shaw posted the tweet, a few people took to Twitter to wish her expedient recuperation.

“So sorry to learn this, Kiran Shaw. We need you robust and healthy soon! Be well my companion,” composed Congress MP Shashi Tharoor.
