Boeing handed over 22 Apache and 15 Chinook helicopters to India
According to the deal, American company Boeing has handed over all Apache and Chinook helicopters to India today. Five of the 22 last Apache helicopters AH64-E and five of the 15 Chinook helicopters met the Indian Air Force on Friday at the Hindon airbase. After this, India’s sky power has increased further.
Apart from India, 16 other countries use Apache helicopters. India has its most advanced version AH-64E. The US military also uses it. It features navigation, advanced weaponry capability, a new communication system, open system architecture.
