The move came after he was suspended as the AICC spokesperson last month.

The Congress, on July 14, suspended senior leader Sanjay Jha from the party citing anti-party activities and breach of discipline.

The move came after he was suspended as the AICC representative a month ago.

The move comes a similar day as when the Congress passed a goal to expel Sachin Pilot from the gathering and as Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister and state unit boss.

To this turn of events, Jha reacted by taking to Twitter and saying, “for a long time Sachin Pilot gave his blood, tears, work, and sweat for the Congress party between 2013-18. The Congress returned from a pitiable 21 seats to 100. We just gave him a presentation reward. We are so meritocratic. We are so straightforward.”

A month ago, Jha had written an open letter in The Times of India proposing that the gathering was “rushing towards political out of date quality”.

In the letter, Jha had proceeded to state, “The Congress has exhibited uncommon languor, and its languid disposition towards its own politically outdated nature is bewildering.”

“I might want to consider a spade a spade here and a scoop: there has been no genuine exertion to get the gathering ready for action with any desire to move quickly.”

There are numerous in the gathering who can’t appreciate this recognizable drowsiness. For somebody like me, for example, for all time married to Gandhian way of thinking and Nehruvian standpoint that characterizes the Congress, it is frightening to see its difficult breaking down,” Jha had said.

In a tweet he posted on June 11, Jha had said that the Congress required an “authoritative restoration” and that time was sneaking past.
