The Supreme Court has also issued notices to Maharashtra, West Bengal and Tamil Nadu in the case. The Supreme Court has asked the Chief Secretary of these states to file a status report about the management of patients in the case. The next hearing will be on Wednesday. The Supreme Court took cognizance of the case itself after expressing concern about the maintenance of their dead bodies after the death of Corona patients in Delhi.
