Despite India’s warning to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau over his earlier remarks on farmers’ protests, the PM has once again commented that he “will always stand up for the right of peaceful protests”.
Talking at a public interview after the External Affairs Ministry gave a demarche to Canadian High Commissioner, Trudeau stated, “Canada will consistently defend the privilege of serene fights anyplace around the globe.”
In the interim, the Sikh Council UK has requested the political pioneers to help the Canadian PM. “Political pioneers should remain close by @JustinTrudeau to contradict common freedoms infringement by the Indian specialists and not bow to harassing,” the Sikh Council UK said in a tweet.
