The security forces launched a cordon and search operation in the Pinjora area of the district in South Kashmir this morning after receiving information about the presence of terrorists there, a police official said.

Four terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Shopian region on Monday, police said.

The security forces propelled a cordon and search activity in the Pinjora territory of the locale in South Kashmir this morning subsequent to receiving information about the nearness of terrorists there, a police official said.

He said the activity transformed into an encounter after the terrorists opened terminated on faculty of an inquiry party, who fought back. In the trading of fire, four terrorists were killed.

Police have not uncovered the character of the terrorists killed or their gathering association as a major aspect of another approach to keeping adolescents from joining psychological oppressor positions.

This is the second encounter in the Shopian region in the previous 24 hours.

Five Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists, including a so-called administrator, were killed in a firearm fight with security forces in the locale’s’ Reban region on Sunday.
