Also, a 2000 MW domestic solar panel will be produced by his own company. Currently, the solar cell manufacturing capacity in India is 3300 MW, and the capacity to manufacture modules is 8000 MW.
Tender received for 45,300 crores
Adani Green Energy has won the tender by bidding for $ 6 billion, or about Rs 45,300 crore. Bids were sought for this tender in November last year, the result of which has now come.
Azure Power also got a big tender
Apart from this, Azure Power has also received a tender to build a 4000 MW photovoltaic power plant. In addition, it will also produce 1000 MW capacity solar kits.
Where can this facility be installed?
It is believed that this facility can be installed in Rajasthan and Gujarat. The Rajasthan government has approved setting up solar plants in Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Jalore, and Badmer. At the same time, a solar plant can be set up in Kutch in Gujarat.
