Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao announced that he would go to Delhi with a delegation under his leadership and request Prime Minister Narendra Modi to give Bharat Ratna to Rao. Significantly, Rao was born on June 28, 1921, and died on December 23, 2004. He was the Prime Minister of the country from 21 June 1991 to 16 May 1996.
