The CBI has named four blamed in the asserted gangrape and murder instance of a 19-year-old Dalit lady in Hathras. The Dalit lady was supposedly assaulted by four upper-rank men in Hathras on September 14. She kicked the bucket on September 29 at Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital during treatment.
