Hathras woman, battling for life after being gang-raped
The woman was allegedly raped by four men in her village on September 14 when she went to a farm. The police had later arrested the four accused.
The 19-year-old Dalit woman, who was gang-raped in Uttar Pradesh’s Hathras, died on Tuesday morning, news agency ANI reported.
The lady was supposedly assaulted by four men in her town on September 14 when she went to a ranch.
She was taken to a clinic in Aligarh the following day in a basic condition, and moved to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi for better clinical offices. The lady was in basic condition, and on ventilator.
As indicated by the police, the lady had gone to the fields with her mom on the game changing day and had disappeared before long. She was later found ruthlessly harmed, with her profound cuts on the tongue. The charged additionally endeavored to strangulate her.
The police had later captured the four denounced. The Kotwali in-control in Hathras was taken out and sent to police lines. The Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) was sent at the place of the lady.
Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) president Mayawati had censured the episode, saying no lady from any network is sheltered in Uttar Pradesh and requested that the state government focus on it.
