IAS toppers Tina Dabi, Athar Khan file for divorce in Jaipur
Their relationship which apparently started at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy for Administration in Mussoorie and subsequent wedding grabbed the attention of the nation for more than one reason.
Two years after wedding, Tina Dabi, who topped the Union Public Service Commission examination (2015 batch), and husband IAS Athar Khan have filed for divorce with mutual consent in a family court in Jaipur.
Their relationship which clearly began at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy for Administration in Mussoorie and ensuing wedding caught the eye of the country for more than one explanation. While Tina positioned first, Athar positioned second. Numerous individuals hailed their wedding as an image of public amicability. Congress pioneer Rahul Gandhi had complimented the IAS couple and had tweeted, “May your adoration become stronger to quality and may you be a motivation to all Indians in this time of developing narrow mindedness and collective disdain. God favors you.”
Venkaiah Naidu, Sumitra Mahajan, Ravi Shankar Prasad had gone to their wedding gathering in Delhi. There were three wedding gatherings — the first in Jaipur which was a straightforward court function, the second in Pahalgam, and the third in Delhi.
Both Dabi and Athar were apportioned to the Rajasthan unit of the IAS. Exclusively as well, the two of them speak to statures of accomplishment as Tina Dabi was the first since forever Dalit lady to top the UPSC assessments. Athar, who is a year more seasoned than Tina, is from fretful South Kashmir. Tina Dabhi hails from Bhopal and the two of his folks are in the Indian Engineering Services. She examined Political Science at Lady Shri Ram College. Athar is a BTech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.
At first, the two of them were in a similar city, yet Tina Dabi was later presented on Sri Ganganagar as Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad. Athar was presented on Jaipur as the CEO of Zila Parishad.
