In Bihar Victory Speech, PM’s Message For Next Poll Battleground Bengal
Without naming Bengal or Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, the PM warned that “the killing of BJP workers is not acceptable in a democracy” and those responsible would be punished by the people.
In his speech to mark the victory in Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi made an oblique but significant reference to Bengal, where elections will be held next year.
Without naming Bengal or Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, the Prime Minister cautioned that “the executing of BJP laborers isn’t satisfactory in a vote based system” and those dependable would be rebuffed by the individuals.
At a terrific festival at the BJP office in Delhi daily after the Nitish Kumar-drove National Democratic Alliance (NDA) won in Bihar, the PM segued into Bengal as he discussed his administration’s persistent effort being recognized by electors.

In certain pieces of the nation, they feel that by executing BJP laborers they will satisfy their aspirations. The BJP has been focusing on Mamata Banerjee over the slaughtering of its laborers in Bengal in supposed political viciousness and plans to make it a major mission point against the Trinamool Congress. The gathering claims that 100 BJP laborers have been killed in Bengal in the last two years.
Association Home Minister Amit Shah, on his visit to Bengal a week ago, asked Mamata Banerjee to come out with a White Paper on political killings in the state.
In the wake of winning Bihar, the BJP will move its concentration to Bengal, where it has been planning ground in the course of recent years.
In the public political race a year ago, the gathering dazed Mamata Banerjee by winning 18 of Bengal’s 42 parliamentary seats and demonstrating that it had made advances into the state.
Electrified by the Bihar triumph, the decision party has set itself an objective of winning more than 200 of Bengal’s 294 seats.
