It is being told that China has deployed combat aircraft J-11 and J16S in the adjoining areas of Ladakh, suitable for flying in high altitude. China’s Cheyyang J11 is the Chinese version of Russia’s Sukhoi SU27. Being a fighter plane air superior, it is capable of long-range attacks. It has two engines, which gives the jet more power. This aircraft manufactured in China operates only by the Chinese Air Force. This jet can fly with a weight of up to 33000 kg. This aircraft can hit a distance of 1500 km at a time.
India’s Sukhoi, Jaguar, Miraj are also ready
Recently, Air Force Chief RKS Bhadauria made a two-day visit to Leh and Srinagar to take stock of the preparedness amid heightened tension with China following violent clashes in the Galvan Valley. Military sources have told about this. The Air Force has put all its advance base on high alert near the 3500 km border with China and deployed additional resources such as combat aircraft and other war helicopters as part of the preparations after the skirmish.
