India To Equip Rafale Jets With HAMMER Missiles Under Emergency Order
Government sources say the order for the HAMMER missiles is being processed and France has agreed to supply them at a short notice for the Rafale combat aircraft.
With the Rafale jets arriving in the country in the middle of a dispute with China, the Indian Air Force is further boosting the capabilities of the combat aircraft by equipping it with the HAMMER missiles from France.
The request for the HAMMER deadlock rockets with the capacity to take out any kind of focuses at the scope of around 60-70 km is being prepared under the crisis powers for procurement given to the military by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s legislature.
