India’s relationship with Russia important; annual summit postpone due to COVID-19: MEA
The India-Russia Annual Summit did not take place in 2020 because of the COVID pandemic. This was a mutually agreed decision between the two Governments.
India has said its relationship with Moscow is “important” and annual India- Russia summit which was to happen this year was postponed due to COVID pandemic. Both countries have an annual summit mechanism at leaders’ level that alternates between India and Russia as the location.
