Judicial custody of Riya Chakraborty extended till October 6, hearing on bail plea on Wednesday
Judicial custody of actress Riya Chakraborty, who was implicated in the Sushant Singh Rajput case, has been extended till October 6. The special NDPS court has ruled. On the other hand, Riya Chakraborty and her brother Shouvik Chakraborty have filed a bail petition in the Bombay High Court. Where the case will be heard on 23 September.
Riya’s attorney Satish Maneshinde said that “Riya Chakraborty and Shouvik Chakraborty have recorded a bail appeal in the Bombay High Court. The issue will be heard on September 23.
Tell us that Riya Chakraborty was captured by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on September 8. The entertainer was then sent to legal care till 22 September. Riya was created in court through video conferencing after the legal care was finished. After which his legal guardianship was stretched out till October 6.
It merits referencing that prior Riya was declining to consume medications, however in the NCB request, her sibling Shouvik has admitted that he himself used to orchestrate drugs for Sushant. His sister Riya used to pay for this.
