Kangana Ranaut starer ‘Tejas’ to go on floors
After celebrating the Indian Army with Uri: The Surgical Strike last year and recently announcing another war film in Pippa, RSVP’S air force film TEJAS is set to go on floors this DECEMBER.
Tejas is the story of a daring and fierce fighter pilot, played by Kangana Ranaut. The Indian Air Force was the first of the country’s defence forces to induct women into combat roles in 2016. The film takes inspiration from this landmark event.

Written to summon a feeling of pride and above all move the young people of our country, this strategic film takes us through the absolute most testing battle missions our powers embrace in their push to protect our nation from psychological warfare.
Composed and to be coordinated by Sarvesh Mewara, this is another RSVP film after Uri: The Surgical Strike that salutes the military and plans to move the nation on the loose.
‘TEJAS is an invigorating story where I have the benefit of playing an aviation based armed forces pilot. I am regarded to be a piece of a film that praises these courageous men and ladies in uniform who make tremendous penances in the line of obligation ordinary… Our film commends the military and its legends … Eager to take this excursion with Sarvesh and Ronnie’ says Kangana.
‘We were amidst prep when the world was hit by this sad pandemic. I’m satisfied to report that we are continuing work and will initiate shoot in the not so distant future. URI: THE SURGICAL STRIKE, praised the mental fortitude of the Indian Army and TEJAS is our devotion to the valiant military pilots of the Indian Air Force. Developing a story around a lady military pilot was conceived in-house by Salona Bains Joshi, the Associate Producer on the task, and I upheld it in a flash. With Kangana as the lead, I trust our film rouses a lot more ladies to join the Indian Air Force’ says Ronnie Screwvala.
‘My film is an impression of the current estimation in our nation. We praise our military and I plan to additionally bring out a feeling of enthusiasm and patriotism through my narrating. Kangana is a resilient lady with a voice that reverberates with the young people of this country and I can’t hold on to start shoot with her’ says Sarvesh.
