Three soldiers of Assam Rifles were killed and 4 injured in an ambush by the militant group People’s Liberation Army (PLA) during a search operation in Manipur near the Indo-Myanmar border. The armed PLA militants suddenly started firing on the soldiers of 4 Assam Rifles Unit (4 Assam Rifles unit near Myanmar).
According to our affiliate channel Times Now, the PLA militants in Manipur attacked the soldiers this morning. Sources said the terrorists first detonated the IED and fired on the jawans. A large number of jawans have been dispatched to this area 100 km from Imphal.
