Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Poor Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyan Abhiyan at a cost of Rs 50,000 crore on Saturday through video conference. Through this scheme, millions of migrant laborers returned to their state during lockdown due to corona virus epidemic will be employed. The Chief Ministers of five states – Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, and Odisha were present during this period. On this occasion, PM Modi said that the sacrifice made by our heroes in Ladakh, today when I am talking to the people of Bihar, I would like to say that this might belongs to the Bihar Regiment. Every Bihari should be proud of this. I pay homage to those who have sacrificed. I want to assure his family that this country is with you. The country is with the army.

DM of Khagaria district Alok Ranjan Ghosh welcomed PM Modi. Ajay, the head of Telihar village in Beldore block, said that I thank the PM for the good arrangements made during the lockdown. When asked by the PM, the chief told that about 475 people returned to Telihar village during the lockdown, for which all arrangements were made. The PM thanked the headman for this.

The woman from the village named Sita was asked by the PM as to where the education took place. On this, Sita said that she has studied till intermediate. Sita was in Delhi with her husband during the lockdown. When the work stopped, the whole family returned to the village by the labor train. The PM asked Sita that you have no complaints about me. On asking the PM, Sita told me that she is thinking for beekeeping. Our country brings both wax and honey from outside. If you start this work then it will be good for the country.

Jourdan, who returned to Bihar from Gurugram in Haryana, said that he is a Raj Mistry. Jarnadan told me that he used to work in Gurugram for 12 years. Jarnadan told that the train had very good facilities. On asking the PM, Jourdan told that now the work of hose and pipe has been found in the village itself. The PM said that the workers will be reduced in this scheme.

PM Modi said that this scheme will be good for skilled people like you.

Earlier on the occasion of the launch of the scheme, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that I thank PM Modi for the poor welfare employment campaign. People of Bihar working in other states suffered a lot. We gave one thousand rupees to about 21 lakh people. About 20 lakh people returned to Bihar from the train service started by the central government. In conversation with the people who came to the quarantine centers, it was found that these people do not want to go out. So we have also thought about giving them employment at home. The center’s plan is to provide relief. Out of 38 districts of Bihar, 32 districts have been selected for the employment welfare scheme. Thanks to PM Modi for electing Khagaria district for the launch of this scheme.
