Poonam Pandey to end the marriage with Sam Bombay
Poonam Pandey has decided to end her marriage with Sam Bombay after he allegedly assaulted her during their honeymoon in Goa earlier this week. Poonam has said in an interview that Sam would get violent with her often but she had hoped marriage would change him.
Actor Poonam Pandey has broken her silence after filing a police complaint against her husband, film producer Sam Bombay. Poonam, who married Sam earlier this month in a private ceremony, was on her honeymoon in Goa when she filed a complaint of assault against Sam.
Poonam has said that her relationship with Sam has consistently been rough however she had trusted that getting hitched would change things. She said Sam would get extremely possessive about her and lose his temper. She has settled on the choice not to return to him.
Addressing The Times of India, Poonam uncovered about what occurred in Goa. “Sam and I had a contention, which raised, and he started hitting me. He stifled me and I thought I planned to kick the bucket. He punched me in my face, pulled me by my hair, and slammed my head against the edge of the bed. He stooped on my body, nailed me down, and attacked me. Some way or another, I figured out how to break free and darted out of the room. The inn staff called the cops, who removed him. I documented a protest against him,” she said.
Poonam says she will end her marriage with Sam after he beat her ‘like a creature’. “This time, I don’t plan to return to him. I don’t believe it’s a savvy thought to re-visitation of an individual, who has pounded you like a creature, without thinking about the result. In an offer to spare our relationship, I have endured a ton. I lean toward being single than in an injurious relationship. I have chosen to end our marriage. It’s about time I proceeded onward.”
Sam was allowed to abandon Wednesday which was set at Rs 20,000. The couple is in Canacona town of South Goa for a film shoot. Sam has been approached to answer to Canacona police headquarters for four days beginning Wednesday and furthermore not to meddle with witnesses.
