The notice issued by Rajasthan Legislative Speaker Dr. CP Joshi regarding the termination of membership of the House has increased the difficulties of Sachin Pilot and his 18 fellow rebel MLAs. Actually, the speaker has enough powers under the tenth schedule of the constitution and pilots can debate it but the speaker will take the final decision. In such a situation, the Sachin Pilot Group has reached the Rajasthan High Court on Thursday. A petition was presented against the notice of the speaker in the court.

Since the notice of the assembly speaker, there was speculation of the pilot faction going to the Supreme Court. Now he has challenged the legalization of the opposition in the High Court. The Sachin Pilot faction has taken this step following the opinion of legal advisors. It is believed that if the Sachin Pilot group gets an order or stay from the High Court on the legality of the opposition, then there will be no threat to their assembly membership.
Earlier, on the petition of Congress Chief Whip Dr. Mahesh Joshi, notice was given to 19 MLAs including Sachin Pilot on behalf of Rajasthan Legislative Secretariat. The notice of the Chief Whip’s petition to disqualify the MLAs was cited in this notice for not attending the recent meetings of the Congress Legislature Party. These MLAs were asked to present their case in 3 days.
How difficult is this law for Sachin
These notices have been issued to 19 MLAs, including Sachin Pilot, under Article 191 of the Constitution of India and the Sikh 10th Schedule. Also, under the provision of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly ‘Disqualification on the basis of change of party’ Rules 1989, these notices have increased the problem of rebel MLAs. According to legislative experts, in these legal bets, there is no way left for Sachin Pilot faction except to take refuge in the court.
