Registration of non-farm land from November 25: Chief Minister
Rao made it clear that stamp duty will be collected based on the existing market price of lands in towns, cities and villages
Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on Sunday instructed officials concerned to be prepared to commence registration of non-agriculture properties across the state from November 25.
In spite of the fact that Chief Minister Rao had before reported that enrollments would be re-begun from November 23, the state government chose to postpone the beginning of the cycle taking into account the High Court scrutinizing the transferring of non-horticulture properties on Dharani Portal. The issue is coming ready for hearing on November 23.
Boss Minister Rao Sunday investigated steps being taken to begin enrollments across Telangana with senior officials in Pragathi Bhavan. He taught them to make choices dependent on the result of the court hearing.
Rao stated, “the public authority is totally prepared to begin the cycle. We have just given a clarification over the issues raised by the Telangana High Court in such a manner. Since the case comes ready for hearing on November 23, the organization should be prepared to begin the enrollment cycle from November 25.”
Rao clarified that stamp obligation will be gathered dependent on the current market cost of terrains in towns, urban areas, and towns. He stressed that no one has any optional forces to change land esteems which have been fixed.
