Results of Swachh Survekshan 2020 to be announced soon
A total of 129 top-performing cities and states will be awarded by the minister in the virtual programme called ‘Swachh Mahotsav’. This programme has been organized by the ministry of housing and urban affairs.
The government is going to announce the results of the annual survey of cleanliness, Swachh Survekshan 2020, soon. This is the fifth edition of the survey that was introduced by PM in January 2016. Minister of Civil Aviation of India Hardeep Singh Puri will announce the results this year.
A Swachh Survekshan 2020 outcomes dashboard will likewise be propelled on the event.
As per a public statement given by the Center on Tuesday, the declaration of the current year’s outcomes was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The study was finished in 28 days.
A sum of 129 top-performing urban communities and states will be granted by the priest in the virtual program called ‘Swachh Mahotsav’. This program has been sorted out by the service of lodging and urban undertakings.

Mysuru had won the honor for the cleanest city of India in the main version of the review, while Indore has held the top situation for three continuous years (2017,2018, 2019).
