CBI to quiz Sushant Singh’s flatmates, BMC granted an exemption to CBI officials: CBI team has prepared an action plan in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. The names of the 5 people who will be questioned first in Mumbai have been revealed. Meanwhile, BMC has also said that it will not quarantine CBI officials

The CBI is now in the custody of the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. Only after the order of the Supreme Court, the SIT team of CBI has come into action mode. Thursday’s CBI team is reaching Mumbai on Thursday evening. The BMC has stated in clear terms that it will not quarantine CBI officers. While assisting the CBI officers in the investigation, BMC has given this exemption, while the team of SIT has also prepared the plan of action. The names of the 5 people who will be questioned first in Mumbai have been revealed.

CBI formed 3 teams for investigation

CBI has formed 3 teams to investigate the Sushant case. Each team will have 3-3 members. That means a team of 9 people will try to find out the truth of Sushant’s death. The first team will investigate the documents and case diaries related to the case. The other team members will interrogate Riya Chakraborty and his family. While the official of the third team will be involved in the investigation of the case from the gang ganging and the angle of Dubai mafia. On Thursday, these three teams will first take a case diary from the Mumbai Police. Along with this, postmortem reports and documents related to the forensic investigation will also be taken from Mumbai Police.

BMC gave reference to the rule on Wednesday

The BMC showed its attitude on Wednesday just after the Supreme Court order. The Municipal Corporation had said that if the CBI team is coming to Mumbai for less than 7 days, then they have no problem. But if the team stays longer than 7 days then they will have to seek permission first. However, on Thursday, BMC has turned the dice, and cooperating in the investigation has given an exemption to the CBI team in the Quarantine Rules.

CBI team will interrogate bank officials

The CBI team has decided on the direction of its investigation in Mumbai. Under this, the staff will first be questioned by Sushant’s flatmates and the actor present on the occasion. The CBI team will also interrogate Riya Chakraborty. But before that, the CBI will inquire with the bank officials where Sushant had an account.

CBI contacted ED, will take Riya’s phone details

The Enforcement Directorate is under investigation in the money laundering angle. It is said that the CBI has also contacted the ED. The ED’s inquiry so far could prove to be important in Sushant’s financial angle investigation. Along with this, the CBI will take phone details of Riya Chakraborty, her brother Shouvik Chakraborty and father Indrajit Chakraborty from the ED. The phones of all three are with ED.

Riya will be interrogated after going through a bank account

Along with Sushant, Riya Chakraborty’s bank account will also be investigated. Riya’s bank officials will also be questioned. The team will then interrogate 10 people, including CBI Riya Chakraborty, in the first round.

First, these five will be questioned

As soon as the news of Sushant’s death reached the five people who had reached Sushant’s flat, CBI would first interrogate them. In addition, those who were at home on the morning of June 14 will also be questioned. Apparently they will be questioned by Sushant’s friend Dipesh Sawant, Siddharth Pithani, Kushal Zaveri. Along with this, house help Neeraj and Keshav will also be questioned.

CBI will take the statement of sister Meetu again

As soon as the door of Sushant’s room opened, he had called Siddharth Pithani to Sushant’s sister. After which sister Meetu also reached the flat. The CBI team has already questioned Sushant’s father KK Singh and Mitu Singh in Faridabad. The CBI team will also meet Sushant’s sister Mitu and interrogate him. However, it is understood that this will be done after recreating the crime scene and questioning the flatmates and staff.

The crime scene will be recreated

It is said that the CBI team will go to Sushant’s house in Mumbai. Not only will the team investigate the crime scene, but the crime scene will also be recreated so that the events can be understood more closely.

Two police officers of Mumbai also questioned

According to the report, in the first phase, two senior IPS officers of the Mumbai Police will also be questioned in the CBI investigation. These two senior officers of DGP rank are Abhishek Trimukhe and Paramjit Singh Dahiya. Sushant’s brother OP Singh sent a WhatsApp message to Paramjit Singh Dahiya in February.

Sushant’s brother-in-law sent a message to DPG Dahiya

Sushant’s brother-in-law wrote in his message that Sushant’s life is in danger and Riya Chakraborty has subdued the actor. The CBI has already taken a copy of these messages. However, Dahiya has clarified that he had asked Sushant’s brother-in-law to complain about the complaint, which he never gave. According to Dahiya, Sushant’s brother-in-law wanted Riya Chakraborty to be called and stationed.

Riya Chakraborty was in touch with IPS Trimukhe

IPS Abhishek Trimukhe is accused of talking to Prime Suspect Riya Chakraborty after the investigation began. Riya’s call history has revealed that Riya was in touch with Trimukhe, a Mumbai police officer. He had spoken to her twice.
